Course Description
ITIL® Product (Version 5) is intended to provide candidates with the guidance needed to innovate and co-create value through digital products, in alignment with the ITIL guidance. Furthermore, it provides practical direction to help candidates align people, processes, and technology, to navigate the complexities of the product lifecycle and ensure that products deliver measurable value aligned with business goals.
ITIL Product provides guidance for organizations involved in the creation and continual improvement of digital products across the ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle. A digital product is a combination of an organization’s resources, based on digital technology, designed to offer value to consumers. Digital products provide capabilities that enable service offerings and digital services. Digital services are always based on digital products, and one product may support many services, while one service may rely on several products
