Why this Advanced Agile Scrum Product Owner training?
This 2-day advanced training course helps you to answer the questions above through practical exercises performed in teams of fellow participants. After following this course, you will feel more confident about performing in your role as a Product Owner. You will have acquired new practices and experience that you will be able to use on the job immediately. You will also be able to challenge yourself to get an excellent grade in the PSPO II exam. The training and exercises are split in 4 modules:
- Visioning the Product
- Owning the Product
- Stakeholder Management
- Creating Value
Approach of this training
The training course is built around a central business case from which challenging exercises have been created. A minimal number of theoretical slides are used to support the exercises. Students go through all the exercises, receiving feedback from trainers and fellow students, and demonstrate the overall results of their work during a Sprint Review session on day 2 of the course.
Scrum exam and certification
Taking the Scrum.org exam to become a Professional Scrum Product Owner level II (PSPO II) is optional and is offered to you during the check-out process.
