Setup of this training course
This 35 hours (four to five day) workshop helps prepare participants for the PMP® certification exam based on PMBOK 5. The workshop helps project manager to understand the science of project management. The training also empowers Project Managers to manage Projects effectively and efficiently through the Project Management Lifecycle.

PMP exam and certification
The certification exam has 200 multiple-choice questions, and you have four hours to complete it. To maintain your PMP, you must earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) every three years.

- 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
- 35 hours of project management education
