This two-day training prepares you as a Scrum Master for your leadership role in facilitating, developing and guiding Agile teams and programs and the business success in the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). You learn to focus on the entire organization instead of on team level. The training deals with facilitating interaction within and between teams to support program execution and continuous improvement. The Scrum model is enriched with an introduction to scalability and DevOps practices, the application of Kanban to facilitate value streams and the support of communication with architects, product management and other key stakeholders in the wider program and organizational context.

Prerequisites
To follow the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master training, it is important to work or have experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach in a Scaled setting. You must have experience with working in a SAFe® environment.

Participants are prepared for the exam during the training to become a certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
