This two-day training provides a comprehensive overview of the DevOps competencies required to accelerate time-to-market by improving the value stream in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. During the training you map the current value stream of the existing ‘delivery pipeline’; from idea to value delivery. You will then learn to identify activities to eliminate bottlenecks in the value stream.

This training offers you insight into the entire value stream: from ‘Continuous Exploration’ to ‘Continuous Integration’, ‘Continuous Deployment’ and ‘Release on Demand’. Together you will explore the CALMR approach to DevOps (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recovery). This approach creates a culture of shared responsibility for everyone involved in delivering (IT) solutions. CALMR aligns people, processes, and technology across the organization to achieve faster time-to-market.
Why this SAFe DevOps training?
During this training, you will receive all the necessary tools to execute an implementation plan to improve the delivery pipeline and the necessary knowledge to support and propagate the plan within the organization. The training also prepares you for the SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner (SDP) exam.
