Service Integration and Management (SIAM™) is a management methodology that can be applied in an environment that includes services sourced from a number of service providers.
SIAM has a different level of focus to traditional multi-sourced ecosystems with one customer and multiple suppliers. It provides governance, management, integration, assurance, and coordination to ensure that the customer organization gets maximum value from its service providers.
SIAM introduces the concepts of a service integrator, which is a single, logical entity held accountable for the end-to-end delivery of services and the business value that the customer receives.

Prerequisites
No specialist prior knowledge is required for this course, but the completion of the SIAM™ Foundation exam is strongly recommended although not compulsory.
A good level of knowledge of IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) is also recommended.

Service Integration and Management certification
After completing this SIAM Professional training course, you can take the EXIN SIAM™ Professional exam. This closed-book exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and must be completed within 90 minutes. The minimum required passing grade is 65% (26 out of 40 questions).
